A one hour, hands-on training session in your home. Based on your needs, we can show you how to use Microsoft Office, surf the internet, connect your digital camera, and more.

PC Training - 3 Hour Block + 1/2 Hour Free	$330

PC Buying Assistance	$99/PC $29 for each additional PC
There are so many choices and options when it comes to buying a computer. How do you know what features and options are right for you? We'll discuss how you typically use your computer and explain the myriad of options, then advise you on what to buy.

Flat Rate Services - Completed regardless of time spent.

PC Setup - In-Home	$125/Hour
We'll setup your new PC and make sure the mouse, keyboard, monitor and any other devices are working properly. We will also setup and test your printer and any other devices you might have such as digital cameras.

PC Diagnostic - In-Home	$125/Hour
Tell us the symptoms and we'll figure out why your PC is not performing as expected. If you decide to have us fix the problem, we'll apply the diagnostic fee to the cost of repairs.

PC Operating System Restore - In-Home	$125/Hour
Some users know what they want -- they just want to start over from the very beginning. With our PC Restore service, we'll re-install your operating system and all the appropriate device drivers, plus up to three applications you provide (ex - office applications, video games, etc). Plus, we'll include our PC Safeguard service for free.

PC Tune-up - In-Home	$125/Hour
How old is your PC? If your computer is more than a year old you probably need a PC Tuneup. Like your car, computers need regular maintenance and periodic performance upgrades to keep them running smoothly. Our tune-up service includes several maintenance procedures aimed at vastly improving the security and performance of your PC.

Broadband-Install	$125/hour
Get a new broadband (ex – DSL, Cable Modem, T1) connection, but not sure how to set it all up. No worries, order your service and we'll take care of the rest. We'll setup your connection and get you connected to the internet in no time.

Network Setup	Call for quote
Have multiple PCs that you want to share files? Or maybe a printer or scanner you want to access from more than one PC? We’ll set up a network router and attach your PCs, printers, and any other network devices you may have.

PC Setup & Repair

Managed PC Protection (Virus & Malware Protection)

$120.00/Year

Viruses and malware are two of the biggest dangers facing PC users. We will install and configure proven, reliable anti-virus and anti-malware software on your PC, protecting you from being infected in the future. The best part is we manage this protection package for you, with technicians that check the health status of your software daily to verify the software is always working as it should for you.

Does not include virus removal service.

Need more memory, another hard disk, new video card, or any other hardware? We can both provision and install any hardware you need and make sure it is fully functional.

Data Services

Backup Data to Flash Drive or external hard drive	$149
Unfortunately, the stories you've heard about computers crashing and losing all your data are true. It doesn't happen all that often, but when it does, it can be troublesome and costly. We'll make a backup of all your data files on DVDs, protecting you from complete data loss and more costly data recovery services.

Automated Cloud Backups	Inquire
Making regular backups of your data is the safest way to prevent data loss catastrophes. We'll set-up your PC with additional hardware and configure it to automatically back-up your data at regular intervals.

Additional Fees

In-Home Service Outside of Service Area Pick-up & Delivery Outside of Service Area	$50 $50
All prices above include free pickup and delivery of your PC to your home or office within 10 miles of Santa Rosa. We will be happy to service your needs outside of Santa Rosa at an additional charge.

Priority Service	25% applies to Service Fees only
Our standard service is 72-hour turn around on most PC services. However, expedited service is available, based on availability. With Priority Service, we will fix your PC before close of the next business day. The Priority Service charge also applies to work performed at hourly rates when that work is performed after hours or on Sundays at the customer’s request.

Emergency Service	$100/Hour (in addition to all other fees)
Sometimes, you need your PC problem fixed right away – you can’t wait two or three days for standard service. Our Emergency Service is precisely what you need. We can get a tech to address your problem right away.
